1. Purification membrane

Purified membrane bioreactor, also known as EMBR (Extractive Membrane Bioreactor).

Because of high ph ph or the existence of biological toxic substances, some industrial wastewater is not suitable for direct contact with microorganisms;

When the waste water contains volatile and toxic substances, if the traditional aerobic biological treatment method is used, the pollutants are very easy to evaporate with the aeration cyclone, resulting in air stripping, which not only solves the unstable actual effect, but also continues to cause environmental pollution.

In order to better deal with this bottleneck problem, American expert and scholar Livingston scientifically researched and developed EMB. Wastewater and activated sludge are separated by membrane. Wastewater flows inside the membrane, while activated sludge containing some specific bacteria flows outside the membrane. Wastewater does not contact microorganisms directly. Organic chemical pollutants can also be selectively dissolved by microorganisms on the other side through the membrane.

Because the bioreactor modules and wastewater circulating system modules on both sides of the purification membrane are separate, the flow water of each module has little impact on each other, and the nutrient elements and microorganism living environment in the bioreactor will not be harmed by the wastewater body, so that the actual effect of sewage treatment is stable.

2. Aeration membrane

Aeration membrane -- The biological reactor (AMBR) uses a breathable high-density membrane (such as silica gel membrane) or a microporous plate membrane (such as hydrophobic convergence membrane). With flat or hollow chemical fiber components, bubble free aeration to the bioreactor can be completed under the condition that the vapor release is lower than the hanging point.

This process is characterized by enhanced touch time and high efficiency of oxygen transfer, which is beneficial to the operation of the aeration process and will not be harmed by the factors of bubble size and waiting time in traditional aeration.

3. Solid liquid separation membrane

The solid-liquid separation type mbr membrane bioreactor is a kind of membrane bioreactor that has been widely and thoroughly studied in the sewage treatment industry. It is a sewage treatment technology that uses the membrane separation technology process to replace the secondary grit chamber in the traditional activated sludge process. The solid organic compound flows back to the tubular reactor according to the membrane components, and then the disposed organic chemical water is discharged. The types of membrane separation technology bioreactors can be classified into integrated membrane bioreactor, separated membrane bioreactor and composite membrane bioreactor according to membrane components and bioreactor positions.

In the traditional wastewater biological solution technology, the separation of sludge in the secondary grit chamber is achieved by force effect, and the separation effect depends on the sedimentation characteristics of activated sludge. The higher the foundation sedimentation, the higher the sludge separation treatment effect. The sedimentation of sludge depends on the operation of the aeration tank. To improve the sedimentation of sludge foundation, the use standard of the aeration tank needs to be strictly controlled, which limits the application field of this method. Because of the regulations on solid-liquid separation in the secondary sedimentation tank, the sludge in the aeration tank cannot be kept at a higher concentration, usually 1.5~3.5g/L, which limits the biochemical reaction speed. The retention time (HRT) of hydropower generation and sludge age (SRT) are interdependent, and there is usually a difference between increasing the capacity load and reducing the sludge load. During the operation of the system software, large quantities of residual sludge are formed, and the treatment cost accounts for 25%~40% of the operation cost of the sewage treatment station.

For the above problems:

MBR membrane organically combines the membrane separation in the separation project with the traditional wastewater biological solution technology, further improving the efficiency of solid-liquid separation; Moreover, because of the expansion of the concentration value of activated sludge in the aeration tank and the occurrence of animated special bacteria (especially advantageous bacteria) in the sludge, the biochemical reaction speed has been improved; At the same time, according to the reduction of F/M ratio, the amount of residual sludge (even 0) is reduced, which basically solves many outstanding problems existing in the traditional activated sludge process.
