The cavitation self-cleaning theory is a new membrane equipment cleaning technology developed by the product, which is a major breakthrough in membrane application. It can well reduce the speed of membrane flux reduction, thus reducing the output power of membrane reaction force cleaning.
This method is generally to raise a large cavitation generator at the bottom of the membrane equipment, aerate inwards, and then the equipment will generate a large steam bubble intermittently and slowly upward. When the big bubbles contact the pump casing on the rising link, the bubbles will burst, and the surface tension formed will soon pull away the environmental pollution chemicals from the membrane hole, and the environmental pollution chemicals will rise along with the bubbles after the collapse and discharge to the mechanical equipment. The pump casing cleaned by big bubbles can recover to the original flux, which solves the problem that membrane applications often need to be cleaned by reaction force.
Compared with the traditional through pipe aeration machine equipment, MBR membrane is professional and can effectively alleviate the membrane fouling, improve the membrane water yield time and alleviate the power plant water treatment output power. High efficiency aeration can save the gas supply consumed during operation. The ratio of air to water required for MBR to adopt traditional tube passing aeration is generally 1:15-1:20, while the cavitating self-cleaning system developed by our company consumes 18 tons of air and gas for every 3.6 tons of water produced in the sample test operation of power station recycling water, and the ratio of air to water is only 5:1.
