MBR membrane technology
According to the composition of mbr membrane module and bioreactor, the membrane bioreactor can be divided into three major types: split type, integrated type and composite type. (All discussed below are solid-liquid separation equipment machine type membrane bioreactor)
1. Split type
Separate the membrane module from the bioreactor.
The mixed liquid in the bioreactor is lifted by the circulating pump and then hit the filtering end of the coating membrane module. Under the effect of pressure, the liquid in the mixed liquid becomes the system treatment water according to the membrane; Solid chemical substances and macromolecular substances are trapped by the membrane and returned to the bioreactor with the extraction liquid flow.
2. One piece
Put the mbr membrane module inside the bioreactor. Leakage into the membrane bioreactor, in which most of the environmental pollution components are removed by the activated sludge in the mixed solution, and then discharged by the activated carbon filter under the actual effect of external pressure.
The membrane bioreactor of this kind of method has a relatively low energy consumption because it reduces the mixed liquid circulation system and relies on liposuction for water outlet; It occupies more land than the separated type, and has gained special attention in the field of wastewater treatment in recent years.
However, the thermal diffusion coefficient of general membrane is relatively low, which is easy to cause membrane air pollution, and it is difficult to remove and disassemble membrane air pollution.
3. Complexity
The method also belongs to the integrated mbr membrane bioreactor, but the difference is that the filler is modified in the bioreactor, resulting in a composite membrane bioreactor, which changes some characteristics of the tubular reactor.
