Water is the blood of wine, grain is the body of wine, and qu is the bone of wine. Therefore, grain, qu and water constitute the cultural foundation of wine. Fenjiu has enjoyed a high reputation in thousands of years of history, which is inseparable from the purity and refinement of liquor making.
The production of liquor requires the purity of water, and liquor will produce wastewater of different concentrations in the process of solid fermentation and distillation. The first kind of wastewater is the main source of wastewater. Each ton of barley is used to discharge about 0.86m3 of wastewater. The water contains wheat detergent, pH10-13, which is strongly alkaline. The second kind of wastewater is the cleaning wastewater discharged in the process of malt pressing and separation. The BOD in the water reaches 130000mg/L, pH 3-4, and is acidic. Direct discharge of wastewater will cause serious harm to the environment.

The wastewater of Fenjiu includes production wastewater such as cooling water of the liquor team, bottle washing water of the assembly workshop, slag washing water of the boiler room, washing water of the starter room, and domestic sewage in the plant area and dormitory area.
Fenjiu wastewater was originally treated by pretreatment+hydrolytic acidification+oxidation ditch process, and then the process was upgraded due to the production demand. In this case, Jiefu made an in-depth analysis on the water quality and environment of Fenjiu, and decided to add the MBR (membrane bioreactor) advanced treatment process after the original biochemical process to improve the effluent quality. In addition, the original oxidation ditch process is transformed into AO (Anoxic/Oxic) process. The advantage of AO process is that it not only degrades organic pollutants, but also has the function of nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The process after transformation is as follows. The effluent quality is stable and reaches the reuse standard, which can be used for plant flushing and greening.
MBR process has the following advantages:
1. MBR process has a high concentration of activated sludge, generally up to 5000-12000mg/L, and does not need biochemical sedimentation tank, which greatly reduces the floor area and civil engineering investment, and its civil engineering floor area is about 1/3 of the traditional process
2. MBR process has high solid-liquid separation efficiency, good effluent quality after treatment, and effluent turbidity<1;
3. The separation of water conservancy retention time and sludge retention time is realized, which can operate under long sludge age, greatly reducing the discharge of excess sludge, and at the same time, the growth and reproduction of slowly proliferating nitrifying bacteria are also used to ensure the nitrification efficiency of the system;
4. It is easy to realize automatic control and convenient operation management.
