After the biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal of sewage through the carbon film, the second anoxic tank is used to develop an endogenous hydrolysis acidification tank to further remove TN. 3. AO-MBR membrane process

In the AO-MBR system software, the sewage separated from suspended solids and dirt is injected into the sewage pool to balance the water flow of the water body, and then added to the grit chamber for solid-liquid separation equipment. The celebrity fermentation liquid is injected into the MBR solution tank. The design scheme of the MBR treatment tank is AO system software: in the first half, the incoming water will be sufficiently mixed to carry out nitrogen removal in the biological hydrolysis acidification tank, and in the latter part, the biological dissolution and nitrification reaction will be carried out. At the same time, alkali will be added, and the sewage after solution will be discharged immediately.

4. 3A-MBR membrane process

3A-MBR process is a new process that combines the technology of membrane bioreactor with the traditional anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic processes. It is often used to purify the waste crude salt for nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The outstanding characteristics and the whole process of biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal promote each other, so that the effect of phosphorus and nitrogen removal and organic compound removal of all system software can maximize the actual profit.

Technical characteristics

5. A (2A) O-MBR process

The process steps selected for A (2A) O-MBR process are anaerobic, first stage anoxic, second stage anoxic, aerobic and membrane tank. The characteristic is that the two-stage anoxic zone is set in the A2O-MBR process, and the function of the two-stage anoxic zone is adjusted according to the operating seepage and flow return point.

The method of water seepage is anaerobic zone and the first anoxic zone. The flow back method is three-stage two point flow back. The first stage is that the mixed material of the membrane tank returns to the front of the aerobic zone; The second stage is that the mixture in the aerobic zone flows back to the first anoxic zone and the second anoxic zone respectively; The third pole is the mixed flow from the first anoxic zone to the anaerobic zone.

6. SBR-MBR process

SBR-MBR process is a process that closely combines SBR and MBR, and has the advantages of both. SBR is an improved activated sludge process, which uses the interception and filtration effect of membrane components to maximize the breeding of microorganisms, which is conducive to the growth and development of nitrifying bacteria. The sludge has high biological activity and strong ability to absorb and dissolve organic compounds.

The SBR-MBR process has five system software: water seepage, anaerobic, aerobic and sedimentation. The working mode of SBR and MBR is to provide standards for biological phosphorus and nitrogen removal. It can also be operated according to the need to solve different sewage.
