MBR membrane Process characteristics

MBR membrane bioreactor technology is applied to sewage recycling and has the following characteristics:

(1) It can efficiently carry out solid-liquid separation equipment to separate floating chemicals, colloidal solution chemicals and microbial flora flowing out of biological modules from purified water. The separation process is simple, the total area is small, and the water yield is good. Generally, it can be reused without three-level solution.

(2) It can keep the biomass in the biological treatment unit at a high concentration and further improve the capacity load. At the same time, the accuracy of membrane separation technology greatly reduces the retention time of hydropower generation in the treatment unit, and the total floor area of the biological tube reactor correspondingly decreases.

(3) Because it can avoid the outflow of various microbial flora, it is beneficial to the growth and development of bacteria (nitrifying bacteria, etc.) with slow growth and development rate, thus enabling the whole process of various metabolism in the system software to be carried out smoothly.

(4) The waiting time of some bio macromolecule insoluble substances is prolonged, which is beneficial to their dissolution.

(5) The membrane treatment technology is the same as the other filtration separation technologies. In the long run, the membrane is blocked as a filter material. The membrane is gradually reduced according to the water flow operation time. Reasonable backwashing and chemical water treatment can alleviate the decrease of membrane flux and maintain the reasonable service life of the MBR system.

(6) MBR technology is used in all kinds of wastewater treatment. Because of its simple process and convenient practical operation, it can complete the automatic operation management method.
