4、 Production process description
Waste water enters the regulating tank through Geshan and then enters the bioreactor through the lift pump. According to the PLC controller, the submersible aerator is opened to add oxygen. The effluent from the bioreactor enters the membrane separation technology control part through the circulating pump. The concentrated water returns to the regulating tank. After the water from the membrane separation technology is sterilized by isopropyl titanate (sodium hypochlorite solution, bleach solution, chlorine tablets) through the rapid mixing method, Into the reclaimed water reservoir. The backwash pump uses the solution water in the cleaning pool to backwash the membrane treatment equipment, and the backwash wastewater returns to the regulating pool. Switch on and off the lift pump according to the water level in the bioreactor. The actual operation of filtration and backwashing of membrane module can be fully automatic or manual. When the membrane module has to perform the actual operation of chemical water treatment, close the water valve and waste water circulating valve, open the medicine washing valve and medicine circulating valve, run the medicine circulating pump, and carry out the actual operation of chemical water treatment.
