The online cleaning of hollow fiber membrane is quite common, and the cleaning process is complicated. The selected organic chemicals must be pumped into the membrane filament according to the usage amount for cleaning. On the one hand, the online cleaning of flat membrane is completed according to the hydrolysis acidification tank in operation, and on the other hand, it is completed according to the online organic chemical cleaning.

The diversity of offline cleaning methods for flat membrane also solves the problem that the project site is narrow and not suitable for hoisting. In addition, compared with hollow chemical fiber membrane MBR membrane bioreactor, the cleaning cycle of flat membrane MBR membrane bioreactor is longer, and the cleaning cycle time can reach more than 3 months, and if the pressure is relatively low from beginning to end, it can even not be cleaned. The flat membrane module can also repair the membrane diffusion coefficient according to physical cleaning methods such as bottom pressure water * * * cleaning, which is basically impossible for hollow fiber membranes.

(4) Long life and low operation cost

According to incomplete statistical analysis, the per capita life of hollow fiber membranes on the market today is about four years in domestic sewage treatment, municipal engineering sewage and similar domestic sewage treatment projects, about two years in chemical wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater and other engineering projects, and about two years in garbage leachate, electroplating wastewater treatment Insoluble organic chemical sewage and other engineering projects are basically not applicable.

On the sales market, the average life of flat membrane is about five years in domestic sewage treatment, municipal engineering sewage and similar domestic sewage treatment projects, and about three years in chemical wastewater, pharmaceutical sewage and other engineering projects. It can be used for landfill leachate, electroplating wastewater treatment, insoluble organic chemical sewage and other engineering projects.

The replacement cycle time of flat membrane is longer than that of hollow fiber membrane, so the operation cost is significantly reduced and the excellent operation condition is ensured. In addition, the flat membrane can be replaced in one piece, and the replacement cost is relatively lower

(5) The whole process of pulse damper replacement is simple
