Nowadays, in the environmental protection field of water treatment, the development of membrane technology can be described as "peerless", and the types and problems in its application have aroused widespread concern. Today, we will briefly talk about the ultrafiltration membrane How is it cleaned.
Ultrafiltration membrane elements are widely used, and cleaning is a concern in application. Because the ultrafiltration membrane will inevitably be polluted by inorganic salt scale, colloid, microorganism, etc. in the normal operation process, these substances will deposit on the membrane surface, resulting in a series of problems such as the decline of desalination force of the ultrafiltration membrane, instability of effluent, etc. In order to better protect the ultrafiltration membrane, we need to clean the ultrafiltration membrane regularly.
The specific cleaning methods are as follows:
Step 1: Prepare the detergent and input low flow detergent:
It should be noted that we should first mix the cleaning water pump with cleaning fluid. Then clean the raw water in the hydraulic replacement element as low as possible, and its pressure only needs to be enough to compensate the pressure loss from the water inlet to the concentrated water, that is, the pressure must be low enough to not produce obvious seepage water.
Step 2: Circulation:
After replacing the raw water, the cleaning solution should appear in the concentrated water pipeline, so that the cleaning solution can be recycled back to the cleaning water tank to ensure the constant temperature of the cleaning solution.
Step 3: Soak the ultrafiltration membrane:
This step requires the ultrafiltration membrane element to be completely immersed in the cleaning solution. About an hour is enough, but for stubborn pollutants, the soaking time can be extended. In order to maintain the temperature during soaking, a very low circulating flow rate can be used.
Step 4: Multi stage system flushing and soaking:
In the flushing and soaking steps of the multi-stage system, the whole system can be carried out at the same time, but the high flow circulation must be carried out in sections to ensure that the circulation flow of the first section is not too low, and the last section is not too high, which can be achieved by cleaning the pump each time or setting different cleaning pumps.
To sum up, as the cleaning method of ultrafiltration membrane elements, it should be noted that the selection of ultrafiltration membrane cleaning agent should follow two principles: no chemical reaction with other materials of membrane and components, and the selected drug should avoid secondary pollution.
