As we all know, the quality of pig drinking water quality is directly related to the growth and production efficiency of pigs in the breeding process.
In order to improve the quality of pig drinking water, Muyuan Group and its subsidiaries added ultrafiltration advanced treatment process on the basis of the original traditional water supply treatment to improve the water quality after water supply treatment and ensure the quality of pig drinking water. On the other hand, the use of integrated ultrafiltration equipment greatly reduces the floor area and saves costs.

The river water flows into the sand filter tank. The sand filter mainly uses natural quartz sand or manganese sand as the filter material to intercept macromolecular solid particles and colloids in the water to make the water clear. The sand filtered water first passes through the security filter and then enters ultrafiltration membrane Group. The security filter is set in front of the ultrafiltration membrane to remove the fine particles in the water and prevent them from entering the ultrafiltration membrane column, causing membrane pollution or scratching membrane filaments. The ultrafiltration membrane group uses membrane filament as the filtering medium, and the pressure difference on both sides of the membrane as the driving force for filtration and separation to obtain high-quality water. Only solvent in solution is allowed for ultrafiltration membrane ( Such as water molecule ) Inorganic salts and small molecular organics penetrate the solution and retain the suspended solids, colloids, proteins, microorganisms and other macromolecular substances in the solution to achieve the purpose of purification and separation.
The project adopts ultrafiltration integrated equipment according to the actual situation (Fig three As shown in), the internal design of the equipment is compact, and the space utilization rate is high, which reduces the floor area as well as the investment cost.

The integrated device passes the PLC Automatic control operation, simple operation.
Because of the increasing pollution of water quality and the continuous improvement of water quality standards, ultrafiltration technology shows its unique advantages. Ultrafiltration can make the effluent turbidity reach 0.1NTU about. It can effectively remove organics, almost all microorganisms and algae in raw water, and improve the microbial safety and chemical safety of effluent. Therefore, ultrafiltration technology is one of the promising water treatment technologies.
