The mbr membrane module is the key component of the mbr membrane reactor. The whole process of manufacturing the mbr membrane module is mainly to fill thousands of hollow fiber membrane wires placed in parallel with each other into the internal structure of the special membrane wire casting box, and then pour glue such as epoxy resin glue or polyurethane material into the casting box. After the glue has dried, the unnecessary part of the casting box will be cut by laser, Expose the hollow hole of membrane wire, and the final casting box is bonded with the water storage box to produce a complete mbr membrane module.
At present, there are three key methods for mbr membrane module manufacturing:
The first is to divide the membrane filament into 20-30 (or a large number of) small bundles, bind them with rubber band or cotton thread at about 30mm above the bottom of the membrane filament, and then fill them into the pouring box; However, in the whole process of binding after beam splitting and casting of membrane wires, the epoxy resin glue is in a serious situation of wire climbing. After the epoxy resin dries and solidifies, the membrane wires become brittle, and the root is very easy to break. The operation process takes time and endangers productivity.
The second is to immediately fill the membrane wire into the pouring box; However, the direct filling did not carry out proper plastic surgery and fixation, and the membrane filaments were scattered and the roots were askew, endangering the appearance of the product.
The third is that the membrane wires are first glued one by one with a thermosol (or coiled with a cotton thread) to produce rows of membrane wires, and then filled into the pouring box. After the membrane wires are filled, glue pouring is carried out; However, after pouring and unnecessary laser cutting of the pouring box, a part of the membrane wire hollow holes are very easy to be blocked by glue; At the same time, the application of hot-melt glue or cotton thread shaping method is time-consuming and laborious, and the productivity is extremely low.
