1. Indoor space for installation

The actual installation of membrane components lies in the indoor space. On the premise that the indoor space is suitable, the longitudinal installation is preferred. The reasonable spacing of membrane wires to maintain slight relaxation should exceed 100 mm (the pivot distance exceeds 140 Mm)

2. Relaxation of membrane filament

Membrane components will absorb sludge in the whole process of application, and the adhesion of sludge will reduce the membrane diffusion coefficient. If the sludge sticks for a long time, it will cause serious pollution on the surface of chemical fiber, so aeration is specified in the whole process of application. In the whole process of application of membrane bioreactor, aeration, on the one hand, produces dissolved oxygen for specific sludge for aerobic bacteria to inhale, on the other hand, the bubbles caused by aeration have a cleaning effect on membrane filaments, making the sludge on the surface of membrane filaments difficult to adhere.

In order to better ensure the excellent flushing effect of aeration, the membrane fiber cannot be installed tightly, but it should have a certain relaxation level, so that the chemical fiber is not easy to have mud inclusion, and the sludge can be reasonably blown off under the flushing of aeration and the vibration caused by aeration. When installing the diaphragm, maintain a relaxation level of 1 cm - 1.5 cm.

3. Diaphragm installation interval

During the whole installation process of the diaphragm, a certain distance shall be maintained. If the distance between the diaphragm and the middle of the diaphragm is very small, the actual effect of the membrane filament shaking is not good, and no reasonable washing and cleaning can be generated. Therefore, there should be a certain distance between the diaphragm and the middle of the diaphragm. In the design scheme, the membrane stack should be designed and manufactured according to the interval of not less than 7cm.

4. MBR membrane architecture

It is unnecessary to make the MBR membrane structure too large. Because the membrane components are too large, their installation relative density will be large, and the same mixing air volume is not enough for it. When cleaning the membrane capsule with high-pressure water pump or drinking water, if the installation is too dense, it will be difficult for you to flush to the inner membrane, which is unfavorable for mid and late cleaning!
