MBR membrane bioreactor has the advantages of high pollutant removal power, strong nitrification ability, good nitrification, denitrification effect, stable effluent quality, low output value of remaining sludge, compact equipment, small floor area (only 1/3-1/2 of the traditional process), convenient incremental capacity expansion, high degree of automation, simple operation, etc. MBR membrane bioreactor module series has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, small floor area, low operating cost, stability and reliability, high degree of automation, convenient maintenance and operation, etc. The effluent quality of MBR sewage treatment is good, superior to the reclaimed water quality specification. With its unique MBR flat membrane technology, it overcomes many shortcomings of ordinary hollow fiber membrane and is an advanced sewage treatment product equipment in today's society. The series of membrane modules of MBR membrane bioreactor have now become a standardized series of MBR membrane products. Each module is composed of 50-150 standard flat membranes. At the same time, membrane separation also enables microorganisms to be completely intercepted in the bioreactor, enabling the system to maintain a high microbial concentration, which not only improves the overall removal power of the reaction equipment for pollutants, but also ensures excellent effluent quality. At the same time, the bioreactor has good adaptability to various changes in the influent load (water quality and quantity), and is resistant to impact loads, Stable and excellent effluent quality can be obtained.

2. Less output value of remaining sludge This process can operate under high volume load and low sludge load, and the output value of remaining sludge is low (theoretically, it can end zero sludge discharge), reducing the sludge treatment cost.

  3. The land occupation is small, and the bioreactor can maintain a high concentration of microbial biomass without being constrained by the setting situation. The volume load of the treatment equipment is high, and the land occupation is large and saves money; The process flow is simple, the structure is compact, the floor area is saved, and it is not bound by the location. It is suitable for any occasion, and can be made into ground, semi underground and underground.

4. The ammonia nitrogen that can be removed and the refractory organics are intercepted in the bioreactor due to the fact that the microorganisms are intact, which is conducive to the interception and growth of slow growing microorganisms, such as nitrifying bacteria, and the nitrification power of the system can move forward. Together, it can increase the hydraulic retention time of some refractory organics in the system, which is conducive to the progress of the degradation power of refractory organics.

5. Convenient operation and treatment, easy to end automatic control This process ends the perfect difference between hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT.

6. It is easy to transform from the traditional process.
