Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) process is a new wastewater treatment technology combining membrane separation technology and biotechnology.
Product features:
1. Excellent oxidation resistance
The oxidation resistance of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is more than 10 times that of polyethersulfone (PES), polysulfone (PS) and other materials.
2. High strength
The Jiefu JEFFEL membrane adopts the self-developed zhuanli (200810121235.0) process. The tensile strength and compressive strength of the membrane are higher, the tensile strength can reach 40Kg, and the wire breaking rate is less than 3 ‰.
3. Hydrophilic membrane
According to zhuanli technology (200910155288.9), PVDF was treated with special hydrophilicity to make the membrane fiber have strong hydrophilicity while maintaining its excellent characteristics.
4. Internationally leading membrane microstructure
With cavernous structure, the surface layer is 0.03~0.05 μ m separation cortex, and the membrane is not easy to penetrate, which further ensures water safety.
5. Large membrane flux and high filtration precision
The initial pure water flux of JEFFEL membrane is 600-1000 LMH. For different wastewater, the design average flow rate reaches 15~25LMH, and the filtration accuracy reaches 0.03~0.05 μ m. It ensures long-term stable flow.
6. High peel strength
Jiefu JEFFEL's embedded film making zhuanli technology (200910097143.8) enables the film not to peel off under the condition of 1 million times of backwashing, ensuring the integrity of the film under normal process operation conditions.
