Process characteristics:
1. Sewage recycling
The effluent quality is stable, the water quality impact resistance is high, the suspended solids and turbidity of the effluent are close to zero, which can be directly reused, and the sewage recycling is realized.
2. Flexible operation control
The high efficiency of membrane interception enables microorganisms to be completely trapped in the bioreactor. The hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge age (SRT) are completely separated, and the operation control is flexible.
3. Reduce land occupation and civil engineering investment
The activated sludge concentration of membrane tank is 8000~12000 mg/L, so the sedimentation tank is omitted, and the land occupation and civil engineering investment are reduced, which is about 1/3 of the traditional process.
4. High nitrification efficiency of the system
It is conducive to the interception and reproduction of nitrifying bacteria, and the system has high nitrification efficiency. Through the change of operation mode, it can also have the functions of ammonia and phosphorus removal.
5. Improve degradation efficiency
Because the sludge age can be very long, the degradation efficiency of refractory organics can be greatly improved.
6. Zero sludge discharge can be achieved
When the reactor operates under high volume load, low sludge load and long sludge age, the excess sludge output is extremely low. Since the sludge age can be unlimited, zero sludge discharge can be realized theoretically.
7. Convenient operation and management
The system realizes PLC control and is convenient for operation and management.
